5kg Minch Pale Ale Malt
0.4kg Munich Malt
0.25kg Crystal 120 EBC
0.2kg Wheat Malt
(All hops in pellet form)
25g Magnum 60mins
20g Amarillo/20g Citra 15mins
20g Amarillo/20g Citra 5mins
20g Amarillo/20g Citra 0mins
Whirlfloc added at 15mins
Yeast Cal Ale WLP001
NOTE: After 48 hours the fermentation hadn't kicked off so I added a sachet of US-05. Everything went smoothly after that. Beer tasting will be in a future episode.
